Hey,
as you can see in the POV he started to punch me first and ran away. I hit him back to take the revenge and leave, he hit me back. So its first of all not an RDM, he cut the video and no one asked for the POV from the opposite site.

I gave him demand with aiming with a gun on him to stop then he continued and after that I killed him.

There is no Rulebreak-for-Rulebreak. Also you kill him. If someone random punches you, report to administration.
