Dear Lebron,
I have been a member of this project for quite some time now. As many of RS players know, I have been a Curator, Leader, Deputy multiple Times and have always had respect for everyone and everything. I have led the National Guard for a month and it was one of the most active and best roleplay the organization has seen in the past of itself and others. I hope you understand my view and how it come to me getting a disband. I made a stupid mistake of cursing one of my members (which I am a good friend with) mother as in the serbian / croatian / bosnian language it is often used in the daily language and I was not thinking of Leader Toxicity. I accepted my mistake and never protested the disband. Then I became a Leader of EMS and received a disband for a offense that was only supposed to be a warn in my opinion. What I said wouldn't have broken any server rules if I wasn't on the active leader position. I believe the disband was not necessary but still didn't say anything. I hope you understand, that while yes I made mistakes which I take full responsibility for and also understand them, they were honest mistakes in the heat of the moment. In the last few months, most of the organisations that were taken by new members of our server because of the leader criteria, either received a disband within a week or two or were unbelievably inactive and badly led. There were also cases (for example the last EMS interview) where only 3 people were invited and none of them were able to receive the leader position because of having too many mistakes in the interview. With this I hope you can see the current situation with Leadership on our Serbian server. I am not trying to hate on the Leaders nor am I trying to judge them. I am judging the Leader Criteria that basically forbid older and more experienced players to become leaders as most of them had 3+ bans through multiple years of playing. With this explanation and my point of view I sincerely hope you can re-examine my Leader Blacklist and may give me another chance of being a Leader, to try and better the RP on our project and especially on the RS server, where RP Biographies get abused daily and RP is almost non-existent between organisations.
