The admin has said that there was no RP, but we just robbed him, and there was a fight going on, and it was totally an RP situation, and we put a bag on his head and tied him with the ropes. We asked Moe about this, and he said it is allowed.
"I would punish if a person were downed and then performed CL or ran away from the situation and then combat-logged." "This is Donte Shepard," he said, but he is doing CL to remove the bag and the ropes. Technically it should be bug abuse, but the admin has suggested to us that it will come under CL.

What is the main point of putting a bag if he can just use CL to remove it?

So I think Donte Shepard The decision is wrong.

From his perspective you drove away and hes alone. I dont see the benefit beside baiting a punishment to drive away then come back again like that.
