Rejected Car Ramming , RDM and VDM

I was at DOC when I encountered a person with ID 344384. He approached me and asked if he could leave. I informed him that, according to PC 3.4.2, he had committed trespassing in a state facility. I was about to place him under arrest, but he initially fled. After that, he got into his vehicle and started car ramming me and other members of the law enforcement organizations.
additionally at the end of the incident another person kill us without any demand or warning
unfortunately i was unable to identify that individual because their ID did not appear
