3.1 Experience & Leadership Background
During my time on the server, I have held multiple High Command roles in major state organizations. This has given me strong knowledge of law enforcement operations, tactical response systems, investigations, and inter-agency coordination. I understand how both field units and command structures operate, and I am fully capable of leading LSPD with discipline, efficiency, and structure.
3.2 Importance of LSPD
LSPD is the backbone of city law enforcement and plays a critical role in maintaining order and ensuring fair, quality roleplay. It directly affects civilians, criminals, and overall server experience. My goal is to ensure fast response times, strong investigations, and highly professional officers who can handle any situation realistically and effectively.

Every officer will pass a mandatory academy before active duty. Training will include:

This ensures all officers meet a consistent professional standard.

Responsible for corruption control, complaint handling, bodycam checks, and internal discipline enforcement.

Handles recruitment, interviews, background checks, academy training, and personnel management.
Undercover (UC)
Covert intelligence division focused on infiltrating gangs, gathering evidence, and assisting in long-term investigations.
Traffic Department (TD)
