After climbing the ranks and serving in the High Command of both the LSPD and FIB, he built an impeccable reputation for strategic brilliance. However, his ultimate play began when he transferred to the NG, leveraging his elite tactical knowledge and authority to breeze through the transition.His superiors were impressed by his relentless drive and tactical precision, completely unaware that his true motivation was a deeply personal vendetta. Once he secured his position, Xeno utilized NG resources to systematically dismantle the gang that had betrayed him. He wasn't just arresting them; he was erasing them.However, after his revenge was complete, the transition to a peaceful, "lawful" life proved impossible. The adrenaline of the streets was in his blood. Seeing the deep-rooted corruption within the government, he realized he could have the best of both worlds. Now, as an NG employee, he maintains a facade of a dedicated employee while operating as a ghost in the shadows, ensuring that he and his cousin are the ones who truly run the city.
