2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
(1 - ) My current favorite gang, THE FAMILIES, needs a leader, and this is the reason why I want to become the leader of the gang. I have dedicated months to gangs and have seen many successful and unsuccessful leaders. Why should I be disgraced in other gangs when I possess so much knowledge and experience? I HAVE DEDICATED MONTHS TO ILLEGAL LIFE. I was imprisoned, I was punished, I was tortured, I was blackmailed... but I did not equip the gang with inexperienced people. I am making this application for the good of the gang.
(2 - ) Previously, I reached the highest rank right below the leader in the gang, and I was highly successful during that period. Many of my friends insisted that I give them a high rank, but I do not give ranks to people who do not deserve it; because of this, many of my friends became my enemies. They left the illegal life and switched to the legal side. At that time, we were managing Ballas, but the moment I realized that my place wasn't with Ballas, Vagos, Bloods, or Marabunta, I came to The Families. The enemies fought against me and especially against THE FAMILIES GANG. I am here to show them our strength.
(3 - ) In the past, there was a fierce competition between gangs; however, right now, a single gang is about to take over all the power. This is usually how the process goes, and one organization establishes dominance over the others. I am coming to revolt against this monopolization and to restore THE FAMILIES and the Ghetto to their old glorious days. While people used to be eager to join the gang in the past, that old enthusiasm and spirit are gone now. Players think that legals are crushing the gangs, but they are wrong; because they haven't seen the true power of me and my team yet. We are coming to shatter this prejudice in the Ghetto and revive that old, deep-rooted gang spirit!
(4 - ) Usually, before anyone can launch an FZ raid, someone on the inside leaks intelligence to those annoying law enforcement officers who are our enemies on the outside. Because it's that simple: inept gang highcommands openly tell other gang members that the FZ raid will happen in two hours, and then the other mole gang members immediately tip it off to the law enforcement units by phone. That won't happen in my time. I won't fall for the same tricks I used. We're coming to be the National Guard's biggest nightmare!

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
- People who don't know the rules at all cannot join the gang. For those who know the basics but need improvement, our High Commands will train them until they learn everything completely. This way, we won't be disgraced like the others.
- I will implement a bonus system that rewards active members after every winning event; motivation will always stay at the peak.
- Even when I am offline, I have highly experienced deputies who will perfectly manage the gang and events 24/7.
- I will not force anyone to buy weapons or armor from the Black Market. The gang warehouse will always be fully stocked with armor, ammo, and weapons.
- My goal is to bring back the old ghetto spirit and build the most active and dominant Families gang in history.
