Hi dear Higherups,
I was banned from the Ballas Discord server some time ago because my Discord account got hacked. During that time, the hacker sent scam links from my account. I am not completely sure what was sent, as I was still new at the time and did not realize what had happened immediately.
Since then, I have recovered my account, secured it properly, and enabled all the necessary security measures. My account is now completely safe.
Whenever I join Ballas in-game, I am unable to request bonuses or access anything related to the Ballas Discord, which puts me at a disadvantage. I understand why the ban was issued, but I kindly ask for one last chance. The incident was not intentional, and I have taken full responsibility by securing my account.
I sincerely apologize for the trouble caused and hope you can reconsider my ban. Thank you for your time and understanding.
