Vinel smok was born in kolkata hospital in 2008 . he belongs from poor family his mother and father abandoned him after his 5th birthday from that he started living alone with his strengths and skills. then in 2015 he came in losantos and living his life with some friends those who are with me in any situation. One day when vinel doing a robbery with his friends some police officer caught them and done their encounter. From that day vinel again single in earth for him his friends are family so he thought to take revenge from the world and started doing more illegal activity. and he got so many respect and be a king of the world. in every news and media his name in front page so from that day he running many business and made his hands much bigger. from now he don't trust any body.
after some years he planned to take revenge of their friends so he make a plan to enter in this org and make the org ruined from inside but he failed many time for the less of power so he quitted his plan and thought to buy the whole city by his money but for that he need to save from god and need more power to avoid any officer and do his black works in side without informing anyone .
Thats why he took a chance again to join Lspd and do his dark work from being inside it but at this time he will be with all the powers and do illegal things and take their friends revenge at this time from the whole city will be under fire and vinel in the top of mazbank building.
