Deep down below the jagged coastline of Los Santos, a criminal operation had been thriving for months. Hidden inside a heavily fortified cave network, one which was only accessible by sea. What looked like a deserted smuggling hideout was actually a large-scale drug manufacturing facility.
Most citizens were unaware that two corrupt agents of the FIB had secretly joined forces with several criminal organizations. In exchange for large sums of money, these corrupt officers provided protection, intelligence and safe passage for shipments of cocaine and narcotics being produced inside the cave. The drugs were then distributed throughout Los Santos, tainting the streets with millions of dollars in illegal profit.
Weeks of discreet evidence gathering by the LSPD’s Undercover Division and Internal Affairs investigators inside the FIB. Wiretaps, surveillance footage, intercepted communications and informants all pointed to the same conclusion: corrupt law enforcement officers were actively helping gangs operate one of the largest drug manufacturing facilities in the state.
Evidence was collected, and a joint task force was created between LSPD, SAHP, FIB, Government Officials, and the National Guard. The hidden factory’s location had been pinpointed by intelligence in the coastal cave system.
Commanders laid out maps and pored over satellite images in a secure briefing room. Officers equipped themselves with heavy armor, tactical rifles, breaching equipment and sniper support. The location was remote and boats were ready to carry the assault group directly to the cave mouth.

The surveillance drones of the criminal organizations spotted the approaching convoy high above the coastline. The footage was immediately brought back to the cave.
The leader of the terrorist alliance seized his radio and transmitted this message:
"Attention all units. We detected a law enforcement convoy coming towards our position. This is no drill. Go to the pier now, secure the boats, arm yourselves and prepare to fight." Nobody gets captured.
Within minutes, members of the different criminal organizations had assembled at the nearby pier. They armed themselves, loaded up with ammunition and started the engines of their boats, ready to defend their drug empire at any price.

- The drug factory is successfully secured.

- All armed suspects are neutralized or arrested.

- The factory remains under gang control.
