2. Why do you wish to be the head of this particular organization?
2.1 I joined EMS, which was my first organization. As a physician, my goal has always been to lead EMS as a Chief and ensure that it is always at the top. I have the opportunity to fulfil it and I'm willing to assume responsibility once more. I have had the privilege of working as an EMS deputy for two successful terms and leader for one successful term. I have handled every scenario and situation without any issues. will guarantee that each worker follows the chain of command.
2.2 Having worked in emergency services for over ten years I know emergency medical services, inside out including how to work with other organisations. I will also make sure that being professional is the organizations goal. We did a great job keeping the city healthy under former EMS Chief Dr. Venom Shetty. Since then I've learned a lot. Worked with many organisation leaders. I still have all the leadership skills needed to run EMS. This is why I want to lead EMS and run it with the values I've learned along the way! I want to make sure emergency medical services keep getting better. I believe in emergency services and I want to help.
2.3 I will ensure that my full HC team is made up of great, highly deserving personnel who will give their time and energy to help me, my term and the public like we had done previously. Additionally, I'll make sure that no one in the organisation is led by partiality. will make sure that all workers follow the work ethics and code of conduct to keep the organisation running smoothly.
3. Your recommendations for enhancing RolePlay level in the company.,
3.1 In addition to getting a personilized report on the vitamins, blood types, and supplements that best support their health, I’d also like to create a one-on-one consultation program at the Pillbox Hospital. This would allow people to regularly visit a doctor for friendly, routine health guidaance and support. Beyond just addressing their immediate concerns, I believe this kind of personal connection will help citizens build real relationships with doctors. That closeness could inspire more young people to consider a career in medicine themselves.
3.2 I will change the process and make it more practical rather than organising medical and blood donation drives in public areas like government or EMS parking lots, where there is no privacy or security. The well-equipped surgical room at the Pillbox Hill hospital will be where we set it up. This will ensure that the doctors have adequate time to complete the procedure without being sidetracked by the public.
