1. To bring consistency and stability to the organization
One of the most important aspects of leading an organization is maintaining consistency. Activity, communication, and member engagement should remain strong throughout the entire term, not only during the first few weeks. I believe I have the experience, dedication, and availability required to keep the organization active, organized, and moving towards clear goals at all times.
2. To create a strong leadership structure
A successful organization is never built around one person. It is built around a leadership team that understands its responsibilities and works together efficiently. My goal is to establish a reliable High Command team that can lead by example, support members, maintain discipline, and ensure that the organization continues to operate smoothly regardless of the circumstances.
