**Additional information**
1. Leader of: San Andreas National Guard (SANG).
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 **Personal Growth Journey:** My roleplay journey started with entry-level city jobs. From there, I moved into the legal sector. It was a steep learning curve. I committed to understanding the framework and applying it in every situation. My first organizational interview didn't go well due to nerves, but the HR representative encouraged me to study the material and try again. I followed that advice and returned 24 hours later, ready and accepted with a foundational understanding. That moment of perseverance shaped my path. Since then, I've climbed the ranks through multiple legal factions: LSPD, SAHP, GOV, FIB, and especially the National Guard. I have served diligently as a High Command member in each. After two unsuccessful interviews for LSPD, I improved my knowledge and now focus entirely on leading the National Guard. I believe my experience can truly make a difference here.
2.2 **Organizational Transformation:** My vision for this term is a complete structural overhaul, starting from day one. A major issue I've noticed in legal factions is a significant shortage of ammunition. My administration will tackle this problem internally before working with other legal departments to simplify the candy run process. I aim to engage personally, not just through procedures. I will set up direct lines of communication with other organizations to ensure everyone is treated fairly. Recruitment will be a continuous, proactive effort to maintain a high operational tempo. Most importantly, I see a trend of rapid, unearned promotions. During my term, all advancements will be merit-based. This means we will require formal interviews, activity logs, and solid proof of contribution. Favoritism will have no place in the ranking system.
2.3 **Operational Readiness & Culture:** Our main duty is to protect the National Guard headquarters, especially the North and South gates. I assure that both posts will always be staffed. We will respond to global situations and events with strong numbers and top professionalism, giving our best in every scenario. While maintaining strict decorum during operations is essential, I will also promote a fun and friendly culture during downtime to enhance unit cohesion. My goal is to quickly increase our activity levels while also supporting the organization's overall growth and reputation.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 A strict policy against favoritism, ensuring every member is treated equally.
3.2 Guaranteed security coverage for both the North and South gates at all times.
3.3 Building strong relationships with other organizations through joint operations. For the public, we will organize engaging community events.
3.4 Implementing a structured bonus system that rewards our most active members directly.
3.5 A personal commitment to developing every recruit from Trainee to a highly confident operator. This is why we will not hand out ranks freely.
3.6 Introducing improved, more effective training programs and ongoing knowledge sessions.
3.7 Maximizing our presence and performance at all events and dynamic situations.
3.8 Our ultimate goal is for everyone to see that the National Guard is at the top.
**DIVISIONAL STRUCTURE**
- **Human Resources:** Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from active hiring and conducting smooth interviews to comprehensive training for newcomers.
- **Military Police:** In charge of the base's physical security. They will manage the gates, conduct internal patrols, act as our early warning system, and provide intel on external gang movements.
- **Air Force:** Responsible for the organization's flight licenses. This division will conduct aerial reconnaissance to gather prior intelligence and ensure units can be airlifted quickly to active scenes.
- **S.W.A.T:** The immediate response tactical unit. Their duties include reacting quickly to global and local alerts, defending the base with advanced tactics, and providing firearms training to improve overall marksmanship skills within the organization.
- **Internal Affairs:** The oversight and compliance department. They will process Background Checks (BGCs), verify bodycam footage, confirm license validity, audit member activity logs, manage legal bodycam requests, and offer essential support while maintaining high activity levels.
Each of these five departments will be staffed through a careful selection process, with ranks assigned based on interviews conducted by my Deputies and trusted HR personnel.
