So i was driving around and my FPS dropped to 3 in the middle of the road so i crash and my car starts rolling around. And then i wonder how can i get sent to Demorgan of the cause that i crashed and i basically had no control. I think the Punishment should be lifted cause i was out of control and i think its the wrong decision.

You are dropping to 3fps and instead of heavy braking, you decide to increase speed. You are responsible for how you drive.
