Life Story:
Soukkanl was the first child of a middle-income family in Türkiye. His family was small, consisting of his parents and a sibling. When Soukkanl was five, the family was involved in a severe car accident while out for a drive; his parents lost their lives, and he lost track of his sibling. Following that day, Soukkanl was placed in state care. Yet, he never gave up; he vowed to find his sibling. Twelve years later, upon waking up at the care home, he found a phone on his desk a phone containing details about his sibling in America. Driven by this, he studied hard to make the journey to the U.S. and eventually began working for the LSPD, where he rose to a high rank. Later, he was appointed to the SAHP as a U.S. Marshal, though he had other plans in mind...
Career Story:
Life had become difficult for Soukkanl. To go to America, he needed to learn English and earn extra money. While his SAHP salary was sufficient for his daily needs, it never covered the expenses required for the trip to America. Consequently, he began working undercover. He was deployed to locations where individuals engaged in drug trafficking and the buying and selling of weapons; through this role, Soukkanl learned the ins and outs of the criminals' operations what they traded and where. When his income proved insufficient, Soukkanl turned to smuggling himself. One day, while smuggling, he was caught by a police officer Eclipse Hollow who had been secretly monitoring him without revealing his presence. Later, Eclipse Hollow spoke to Soukkanl privately at SAHP HQ and revealed that he, too, was involved in smuggling.
Outcomes:
1. Soukkanl can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow her demands. (with a RP reason)
2. Soukkanl can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.) (no org gear)
3. Soukkanl can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for her safety (/do breaks bodycam) (twice a situation)
4. Soukkanl can remove as well as add fake charges onto a person. (nothing severe)
5. Soukkanl can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Soukkanl can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind the OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Soukkanl can release people from the jail. (with darknet task or flash drive once per day) (no metagaming in discord etc.)
8. Soukkanl can break IC law including: COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9. Soukkanl can let suspects go free if they are in her family or her friends and can also aid them in escaping by releasing them from cuffs, dropping their charges and letting them escape. (No favours, only for money)
