"I was driving a car with my friend in the game when my device—which is already quite weak—lagged out, and the game suddenly crashed. When I reopened it, I found that my account had been permanently banned.Also, I closed the account for about 4 months until I got a new computer, and now I am trying to recover the account.Even i dont play on that account much i rarly access my this account
