The following complaint is not in regrards to disrespect of the project or the staff in operation, GrandRP is one of the GREATEST RP Projects in the world. This is more over a suggestion to look into this matter
I think its about time that someone points this out.
the GrandRP Organisation Discord Servers and VERY outdated and not up to efficiency.
I'm not sure if such bots are authorised by the Curators of the Project but this should definitely be put out there
Examples:
Organisation Strike system.
Organisations when issuing a strike. STILL need to keep count of the number of days which sometimes renders to the strikes being useless as it can be forgotten or the Strike can even be kept for ever. Instead we can involve bots that render a Strike Role and remove it after 7 days (or how many days the strike can last, leading to creativity by Organisation highcommands)
Sign up Systems for gangs.
Gangs can schedule Events like Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Capitol Attacks in their mails via Sign up bots, this was Gangs can know more about the numbers that they have and can have a higher chance against State Organisation's Operational Advantage.
Bonus Handling
This is not really a big issue for Organisations but can be automated and help Leaders focus more on RolePlay that economizing their organisation.
Role-Request Applications
Instead of doing regular Role Requests we can have a Role Requestion Application Bot, where a person can click on what rank they want with attached proofs and highcommands / Leaders can check the Application and Approve / Reject the role Request application
Daily Reminder
Can be especially used in State organsations to remind new units that they cant enter Ghetto alone, cant attend ATM without 2 people minimim etc.
Can be used in Gangs too to remind that Robbing cannot take place outside the Ghetto or Highways etc
Ticket Support (Already used in LI)
Tickets can be used to have better scheduling with State HRs, Gang High commands. report an Issue to a leader, Request for Security from State organisations etc.
LOA System:
Very Similat to the first example, a Bot can be used to schedule a LOA and keep track of it for the Leader to check their members activity.
There are SOO much more ways we can improve out Discord server but i think this is something that can be looked into more, because our Game is imporving drastically and it would be very nice to see if our mails system update along with it as well.
These examples given are HEAVILY inspired by Unoff Family Systems and LifeInvader.
