Life Story: Lucas Sun was born and raised in Los Santos. Growing up, he witnessed corruption favoritism and abuse of power throughout his neighborhood. His family struggled financially, and Lucas quickly learned that people with authority were rarely questioned. As a teenager, he became obsessed with the idea of gaining influence and respect. He watched how powerful individuals could control situations, bend rules, and avoid consequences. Rather than hating this system Lucas admired it. He promised himself that one day he would be the one giving orders instead of following them.
Trough out school, Lucas maintained a clean image and avoided serious trouble. He understood that building a respectable reputation would help him reach positions of authority later in life. While others chased easy money through gangs and crime, Lucas focused on finding a path that would provide both legal protection and power. His goal was never to serve others—it was to place himself above them.
Caree Story on reaching adulthood, lucas searched for opportunities that would allow him to gain authority while maintaining a respectable public image. After exploring various career paths, he joined the National Guard NG. The military environment provided structure good standards too, discipline, and most importantly, influence. Lucas excelled in training and quickly earned the trust of his superiors through hard work and professionalism.
Behind the scenes however, Lucas viewed his position differently from those around him. He saw his authority as a tool to benefit himself rather than the public. As he gained responsibilities guarding military facilities and interacting with civilians, he began abusing his position whenever opportunities arose. Lucas would selectively enforce regulations, provide special treatment to those who could benefit him, and use intimidation to maintain control over situations.
To his fellow guards and commanding officers, Lucas appeared to be a dedicated and dependable member of the National Guard. In reality, he enjoyed the power his position gave him and continuously looked for ways to expand his influence. While maintaining a clean record and professional appearance, Lucas quietly used his authority for personal gain, believing that power was meant to be exploited by those strong enough to hold it.
Outcomes:
1. Lucas Sun Can take Bribes (up to 100k) When arresting a 10-15
2. Lucas Sun can Beat up 10-15s (Not kill)
3. Lucas Sun Can Break others bodycams
4. Lucas Sun Can Break Others Out of jail (Friends and family)
5. Lucas Sun can ask NG Officers he may not like, or wants revenge on, to get in his car, then Lucas Sun will take them anywhere, and is allowed to beat them and break their bodycams (Outcome 3.)
6. Lucas Sun can deal with Gangs, Leak information, and locations of NG Trucks or Ammo trucks of any kind, and leave trucks Unlocked
7. Lucas Sun May Purposly ram NG Trucks so gangs have a chance of getting them (If the gangs paid)
8. Lucas Sun Can refuse to show ID
9. Lucas Sun Can force LSPD (arresting officer of Lucas Suns 10-15s) To NOT Request a lawyer, as well as Break Bodycam (Outcome 3.)
