1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Throughout my time in EN1 I always seem to be drawn to helping the people in the community than just thinking about myself. I have been the Chief of Staff times in the LEO faction. I was Under deputy in gangs. In both cases my goal was not just to get ahead but to make sure the people around me in the community were doing alright and had someone to talk to
   
   When people in the community needed help outside of role play situations I was always there for them. No matter what time it. What was going on in the community. I would get messages from people in the people for appreciating me. I would do my best to help them even if it was through channels like the grand rp discord. That is the kind of person I'm
   
   At this point I feel like I have done what I wanted to do in role play in the server. The next thing that makes sense to me is to help out with running the server. I want to be someone that everyone in the community can count on. Not just the people in my faction or my group in the EN3 community. I think I would be good at this job because I am patient and I have experience in the EN1 server
   
   
2. What are your strengths?
   My biggest strengths are my dedication, my patience and my willingness to help others. I am always ready to lend a hand no matter what the situation is
   
   
3. What are your weaknesses?
   Sometimes I tend to overthink situations before acting, but I'm actively working on being more decisive and trusting my instincts
   
   
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   I can bring communication skills solving conflicts and making fair decisions to the admin team. I have worked on the server from both the LEO side and the gang side so I know the rules well and can handle situations fairly. I am active, you can always rely on me when the team needs help. I am also good, at understanding situations and making choices. The admin team can count on me to do my part

   I really care about this server and the people in this server. I have a lot of experience. I will work very hard and I will be fully committed to this server. I am always happy to learn things and I am always happy to help the people in this server. Just give me a chance to help and I promise that I will not let the people, in this server down
