Hi, sorry to bother you, but I am making this report because when I posted a forum regarding RDM, it was rejected with the reason that demands had already been given. However, as per the rules, once a demand is given, the other party cannot open fire until the demand has been fully completed.

Below, I have also attached several similar forum reports where the circumstances were nearly identical, and those reports were accepted by the administration. I would appreciate it if this case could be reviewed again while taking those precedents into consideration.
