Rejected Possible Cheats in Red circle event I Vendetta

Clip pretty self explanatory, red circle so homie has to have POV per rule (1.7 All participants of all events under red sphere must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban). Not sure his ID as he didn't kill me but you can clearly tell who the person is from POV.
