Avi Pluxury had given the okay to the FIB arrest Vick Vinegar as governor with full immunity which goes against the following CCOP
12.2.2. Citizens with full immunity cannot be detained, regardless of the motives of the representatives of law enforcement agencies, except by the decision of the Supreme Court or an order from the US Attorney General.
( The ATTORNEY GENERAL or Supreme court Justice did not authorize this arrest )
It completely goes against everything that admins should not do, ruins the RP for any person that had written or helped write the laws of the city and for the people who is familiar with the laws, how can you expect people to follow by laws when the legal organisations / admins are going against it completely.
And for some of my guys getting WARNED for DM in GZ they also know about the law of CCOP of 12.2.2. which therefore would allow them to defend the governor at any cost by following the server rule of state " 2.1 Employees have the right to use all available means of defence in case of danger to senior officials. ".
Also the the following
3.7 Attempted Coup D’état and/or seizure of power Any attempt to seize political power, organizing mass riots, as well as committing any action that leads to the destabilization of the state system of San Andreas through any form other than peaceful protests or legal election process shall be considered an attempted coup d’état and shall be punishable by 75 or more months imprisonment. In rare extreme cases, possible deportation.
In any IC case there should have been at least a fair trial in court and a huge deal could have been made out of it there but they didn't even give a n option for this
Admins did not take this into consideration either before they decided to give the okay to go ahead with the arrest, there is a huge favouritism in the admin team and I with a lot of other know this and we think that something needs to be seriously dealt with because there are so many people that say the only thing they dislike about this server is how the admins are treating people with lack of knowledge on laws and server rules.
