My intention was not to commit RDM. Regarding the rule GR 6.15—which states, "When outside the GHETTO, you must engage in RP before shooting someone"—the person seen in the video began shooting at me without issuing any demands while I was waiting for the top of the hour. I would like to point out that in a real-life scenario, this would give me the right to self-defense, thereby providing a valid reason for me to return fire. Furthermore, had my goal been RDM, I would have killed that person the moment they arrived; instead, I was waiting for the top of the hour to engage. Additionally, as you know, this is an event that occurs at the top of the hour, and no one wants to lose the opportunity to someone who is violating the rules. I do not believe receiving a warning was fair, and I request a re-evaluation.
