(A) A successful gang requires strong leadership experience to maintain its presence in the ghetto while competing against rival gangs and legal ORGS. With my experience in Roleplay and strategic mindset I am able to adapt different situations very easily and quickly. I believe with my experience I can lead the organization flawlessly. My goal is to create a gang whos gonna dominate ghetto respected by allied gangs and perform consistent while maintaining quality Role Play. The gangsters need a real leader not someone whos sitting on his back while streets go cold and rivals go bold. I don't play politics I lead with actions , I fight back where others would have folded that's what kept my name alive throughout different cities. I don't beg I take what's mine.
(B) I have reliable group of people who are highly experienced who has the same vision in their eyes and ready to help me in whatever circumstances I go through. Together we could maintain a stable term with minimal issues. I have plans to improve the overall roleplay experience by making hostage situations realistic make sure people are enjoying the negotiation part which gangs really don't do nowadays as they don't have clue about RP they just follow the path which is easy and done by everyone. FIB Raid defenses are gonna be more strategic then usual I have well planned tactics to defend my gang HQ if it gets attacked. My focus will always be on quality roleplay and ensuring that gang events remain enjoyable for both participants and opposing factions. Put me on top I will make Marabunta feared again no more sleeping no more weakness just power respect and domination. Rivals will step aside or get stepped on.
(C) Lastly one of my main priorities will be maintaining a healthy and united organization. I will work closely with my deputies and trusted members to ensure the gang remains active when I am not there. All types of internal conflicts between gang members will be handled professionally and fairly to prevent unnecessary division. Additionally I am aiming to build positive relations with other gangs and active crime families to strengthen the criminal activity. Through teamwork and proper planning I am confident that I will be able to run a very successfull term without any issues. I would love be in good relations with my curators and admins as well and comply with all their requirements.

My main focus to improve Roleplay level within the organization would be to teach and encourage members to do as realistic RP as possible not through rule breaks or so I will focus on making sure the quality of RP and realistic outcomes remains all time. I would also Introduce my members to gang meeting where we are gonna discuss about internal and external problems which will help us work efficiently together.
