As per the POV I was fighting on the roof of Mega Mall. During the fight this EMS employee started patching the other player. As you can clearly see from my POV I could not tell that he was an EMS employee. Also as far as I know EMS are not allowed to patch players during an active fight. I work as EMS myself and this is one of the rules. So why did this player patch someone in the middle of the fight?
