Hello Dear Administration, I am writing this appeal because I was recently muted by Ozzie Mane for Caps in PC. I firmly believe that this punishment was given to me by mistake or due to a misunderstanding. I dont even have Prime Platinum. During that specific time, I did not break any voice or chat rules that would result in a mute. Could you please re-check the logs or the screenshots regarding this situation? I kindly request my mute to be removed so I can continue my roleplay properly. Thank you for your time and understanding.
