Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
In my time as a player in EN1 i feel like i managed to reach everything i wanted, eventually i got bored of EN 1 and came to EN 3 a week or 2 ago to try something new. however after playing in EN3 for a couple of weeks / days i feel like everything is so similar and i want to try something new, i have also noticed throughout my time in EN3 that there clearly is not enough admins in the city, that is why i feel like i can make a big impact and help the admin team a lot.
I also feel like my knowledge from EN1 might help me personally to understand situations from multiple angles as well as help new players coming into EN3 that have integrated over from EN1.
What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are my dedication, my patience and my willingness to help others. I am always ready to lend a hand no matter what the situation is
What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I tend to overthink situations before acting, but I'm actively working on being more decisive and trusting my instincts
What skills can you bring to the admin team
Good Communication and understanding of the English language, i am also good at interacting with other people and keeping a civil tone whilst doing so.

Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No, however I have school starting again in approximately 2 months and a small holiday at some point in July or August

I am aware of my OOC age being 16, however i feel like my maturity, knowledge and experience in EN1 can really be a major reason to me being able to do well here in EN3. i can also assure you that i really am interested in helping in any way i can and i will do anything in my power to be able to help. i also wanted to add that i have alot of admin experience in other projects ( not naming in respect of GRP rules ) which may help my judgement and ability to understand how the admin team
