I would like to file a complaint regarding the punishment issued to me by Admin Malika Selfy.
The report against me was based solely on the reporting player's POV, which only shows the moment where my vehicle made contact with his. However, the recording does not show what happened before that. Without the events leading up to the incident, the video lacks important context and does not fully demonstrate why the situation occurred.
Unfortunately, I was not recording at the time because I was simply playing normally, so I do not have my own POV to provide. However, the absence of my recording should not automatically mean that the reporting player's edited or incomplete POV is enough to establish the full facts of the situation.
I believe that when evidence is missing the events leading up to an incident, it becomes difficult to determine whether the actions were completely unprovoked or whether there was context that influenced them. Punishments should ideally be based on complete evidence rather than only a partial recording.
For that reason, I respectfully ask that this punishment be reviewed. I am not asking for special treatment, only for the decision to be reconsidered based on whether the available evidence proves the entire situation beyond just the final moments shown in the report.
