Hello DE04 Team,
A year ago, I was banned for making inappropriate remarks.
After the ban was lifted, issues arose—as shown in the video. I asked someone to log in using my credentials to test whether the problem lay with my PC or if the other person would experience the same difficulties. That person encountered no issues and logged out immediately. Consequently, I was banned for account sharing. I contacted Felix; while he did lift the ban, he also performed a "money wipe" (resetting my in-game balance).
I am aware that account sharing is not permitted. However, since the problem persisted despite resetting my PC and other troubleshooting measures, I wanted to determine whether it was an internal issue with the "Grand" server or a problem on my end. Yesterday, a developer helped me find the solution: I needed to use a different VPN (a different IP address).
As you can see, I had no access to the game until yesterday, when I finally discovered the solution.
It would be incredibly kind if I could get my money back; I am thrilled to be able to play again, but currently, I don't even have 1% of the balance I used to have.
That would be a really nice gesture on your part. I know that account sharing violates the rules, but as I said: it was purely for technical testing purposes and lasted only a brief moment.
Thank you for reading and for your time; I hope for a positive response so I can get back to playing normally.
Best regards, Rick Haase
