I would like to submit a complaint regarding Abraham's handling of forum complaints.
From what I have seen, many complaints are being rejected very quickly, often without enough explanation. It gives the impression that the evidence and the full context are not always being carefully reviewed before a decision is made.
I fully respect the work of the administration and understand that reviewing reports takes time, but I believe players deserve a thorough review and a clear explanation for every rejection.
I am asking you to look into Abraham's complaint-handling process to make sure reports are being reviewed fairly and consistently.
