Hello DE04 Team,
A year ago, I was banned due to inappropriate remarks.
I am currently unbanned and able to play normally again. Back then, a friend logged in using my account details to test whether the problem lay with my PC or if the other person would experience the same difficulties. My friend encountered no issues and logged out immediately. Consequently, I was banned for account sharing. I contacted Felix Tired; he unbanned me—acknowledging the misunderstanding regarding account sharing—but imposed a "money wipe" of 5 million.
I am aware that account sharing is not permitted. However, since the problem persisted despite resetting my PC and attempting other troubleshooting measures, I wanted to determine whether it was an internal issue with the "Grand" server or a problem on my end. Yesterday, a developer helped me find the solution: I needed to use a different VPN (a different IP address).
As you can see, I had no access to the game until yesterday, when I finally discovered the solution.
It would be incredibly kind if I could get my money back; I am thrilled to be able to play again, but currently, I don't even have 1% of my previous balance.
That would be a really nice gesture on your part. I know that account sharing violates the rules, but as I said: it was purely for technical testing purposes and lasted only a brief moment.
(I am currently unbanned and can play normally, but I have no money left.)
I feel it is only fair to get the money back, given that the ban was a mistake by the Grand 04 team—a mistake that caused me to have problems for a very long time.)
