We were patrolling in a LSPD patrol car, and suddenly this person started ramming us and chasing us to HQ, then he proceeded to run us over many times, as well as shooting from a distance, even after we tried to hide in HQ. After that I chased him, disabled the engine after 3 demands, and he left.
