His Name ingame now is FIlipe Reyes.
He would post a request himself but he is banned for spam.
Few months ago Davor's friend Nochi got banned for something. I'm not really sure what was the reason Nochi got banned but now it doesn't matter beucuse he got unbanned. So Davor at the time wrote a request for Nochi's unban and for some reason you Mahzor banned him for spam on forum.
A few months passed by and Davor learned his lesson.
And now I'm asking you to unban him so he can complain about someone if he has to without spamming.
