I recently made a complaint in which I asked for any updates regarding my hoodie after completing 100% turf in my families term and One of the higher ups replied to contact respective curators , I tried to contact curators but I didnt get any response from them and it has been more than 2weeks and as seen in past leaders receiving their hoodie under this period of time are there any updates regarding this?
