Hello Hdministrators,
I got Ban or Gr 4.1(Minus Settings) so I can't take participation in the way to become Admin due to Punishment history
But I want to Clarify that the Minus Settings was not changed by me it was on default when I downloaded the GTA V. I Am not a turfer or anything and not in gangs.

so there was no reason i have to change my minus setting for any advantage, Hope you can understand and give me second chance i am playing in This city from about 2.5 years I wish to manage a org and help other by becoming admins
