As you can see, I submitted a forum report under Rule 6.9 because the suspect violated this rule by performing indecent emotes toward me, which constituted harassment. However, the report was rejected by Admin Arrpa Tzariar on the basis that both characters involved were male. I do not believe this is an appropriate justification, as the rule applies regardless of the characters, genders.
To further support my appeal, I will provide several other forum reports where players were punished for committing the same rule violation under similar circumstances.
