Rule GR 3.3 states that only English may be used in IC chats. The person I reported made a joke in Turkish, so I reported it, but the admin said the title was incorrect.
However, the title is correct, and I want the appropriate action to be taken.

Section 3.3 of the General Rules mentioned on Grand RP servers stipulates that only English may be used in all In-Character communication channels. The use of other languages is prohibited.
