2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
• In the past I have been in EMS and I enjoyed it very much. Still, there was something that I had to do at the time so I left which was very upsetting but if I can see this opportunity it will refresh my mind about the emergency organization and will want me to be in the city more because I haven't too active because it feels like I have done everything I have wanted to beside become a leader for an organzation
• When it comes to ems it's one of the best systems in the city but personally I would like to change things up but that would impact the server as much it would make people that work in the EMS life a lot easier and I do need to become a leader for ems for that to happen because being a lower rank in emergency medical services it's a lot harder to make suggestions.
• if I were to become an EMS leader I would want to listen to every idea because I remember being that low rank and not being able to suggest something useful or it just seems out of line but if I can meet a point where I and the other person can understand why or why not we could add this idea and not because I do not want to that would be wonderful.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I feel like something has to change in the main hall in most hospitals in the city because all you sit there and some people just give you crap so I want to change that up but currently that's all I can think of.
