1.)Leadership Qualities: I believe I can lead, and I am committed to ensuring the organization functions efficiently. I am good at identifying issues early on and accurately resolving them. My skills and experience allow me to lead without warning, which will contribute to the development of a good and productive environment.
2.)Making an Impact: I believe that I will be able to greatly affect organization because of my role as a leader. I'm determined to use my vast amount of knowledge to keep our organization, the Marabunta, in the forefront. My organized strategy and in-depth understanding will ensure a lasting impact by supporting the Marabunta continued growth and activities.
3.) Acknowledging Past Errors: I gained knowledge from the errors made by earlier while serving as Under Deputy in Marabunta, Ballas, Vagos . I pledge to work tirelessly and devotedly in order to steer clear of the same mistakes and instead concentrate on taking the Marabunta to new levels of strength and unity.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1.) Strengthening Brotherhood: Put gang affiliations ahead of individual benefit or pressure from law enforcement. I went back multiple times in past terms to help my brothers and close friends through difficult times. In my role as leader, I will make sure that the Marabunta put family first at all times, encouraging loyalty and unity in any circumstance.
2.) Active Leadership and Engagement: In the past, leaders did not actively participate in events like NG raids, store robberies, and highway robberies. This frequently led to chaos. In order to directly mentor and support each Marabunta member on the field, I will personally attend as many events as I can.
3.)Because high commands often hire new gang members without conducting a thorough interview, as a leader, I will ensure that all gang members are invited to join the group following a proper interview.
4.)For good leadership, only capable individuals will be promoted to deputy positions in my term.
