1.The Families represents the core of the server's street culture. My main objective is to lead this organization to reclaim absolute dominance over our territory, bring the green colors back to the top, and establish a powerful, respected presence in the ghetto.
2. I have the leadership experience necessary to manage a major illegal faction. I want to build a highly disciplined internal hierarchy where high-ranks take full responsibility, keeping our members organized, loyal, and constantly active across all time zones.
3 .I want to lead The Families to become the ultimate competitive force on the server. By organizing tactical store robberies, coordinated turf wars, and high-quality street operations, we will ensure that the illegal side of the server remains highly active and balanced.

To ensure an elite standard of roleplay, I will completely reform our recruitment process by introducing strict scenario-based testing to filter out low-quality behavior. I will enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against OOC talking, toxicity, and rule violations, backed by an internal disciplinary and blacklist system. Furthermore, I will balance the action side with deep, immersive ghetto roleplay — such as internal gang councils, neighborhood blocks management, and tactical diplomatic meetings with rivals—ensuring The Families sets an excellent example for high-quality roleplay on the server.
