Rejected Ban For Gr 3.1 I Ryan Laswell

I spoke with Ryan Laswelle and found out that I was banned from the targeting forum because a player’s name used to be Aminogisti, but this person changed their name to Aninogis. He told me I was banned because I called this person “Aminogis.” When I spoke with Ryan Laswelle, I said that it had been 20 days since I said that, and as far as I know, the forum , and he told me, “This is the targeting forum,” so there’s no time limit. I replied, “Yes, there’s no time limit on the targeting forum, but I didn’t get banned from the targeting section—I was banned from GR 3. 1, and I asked him, “How can I tell that this guy changed his name?” He gave me a really ridiculous explanation, saying, “You must have seen it in Prime Chat.” If the guy’s name used to be Aminogis, why am I getting a 3-day ban just for calling him Aminogis? I said this 10 or 20 days ago, and he told me, “There’s no time limit in the Targeting forum,” but I didn’t get penalized for Targeting—I got banned from GR 3 .1, which has a 48-hour time limit. I want my ban lifted—I received a 3-day ban under 3.1 just for mentioning someone’s name.
