Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. My Own Experience
I've been playing on the server for a while, and I've learned a lot about various state organizations. I gained experience managing people, working under pressure and dealing with a variety of circumstances on my voyage. I think this experience has equipped me to actively and professionally lead the Federal Investigation Bureau.
2. Increasing the Activity of FIB
Making FIB one of the state's most active organizations is my primary objective. I'll pick seasoned and Obedient High Command's who can effectively oversee their divisions and assist in the development of fresh agents. Favoritism will never be a factor in promotions; instead, activity, performance, and expertise will. While upholding discipline, I also want each agent to appreciate being a part of the organization.
3. Combating Crime Collectively & More Role Play Scenarios
FIB is crucial to maintaining the safety of the city. My goal is to enhance operations, investigations, and undercover work against criminal families and gangs. In order to respond more quickly and make the city a safer place for everyone, I will also collaborate closely with other state organization's.

- Instead than jumping into every scenario, promote covert investigations and evidence gathering.
- Ensure that everyone abides by the regulations and that no agent abuses their authority.
- Collaborate closely on joint operations and trainings with other state bodies.
- Respect civilians and engage with them in a professional manner to improve roleplay.
- Promote active agents fairly in accordance with their diligence and hard work.
- Organize operations, patrols, and events to keep FIB busy every day.
