2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- I would love to be the leader of this org because, I’m an experiences rper I have been doing this for many years and I truely believe I can make a difference in the rp. I take stuff very serious and if anything Is going wrong I am the first person to discipline in an appropriate manner. I would love to be the ballas leader as I believe In my self and my friends to help me run this gang. We will put our all and never give up and I will keep everyone on a watch so no rules get broken. I have experience in being a high command in GOV and vagos.
2- I would love to be the leader because, I grew up in the legal life being gov and Lspd but Ive also been in gang .I would make sure every member in the gang knows the rules. In my time fighting ballas I’ve noticed in a extreme lack of responsibility and discipline. I have noticed that many people don’t know hq rules and basic ghetto rules. Me as a leader I would not let anyone join without telling me them rules. I would make sure we attend all the events and make good serious role play. I respect everyone difference and beliefs and the gang will be fair. I believe I’m mature and responsible enough to take this role.
3- I would love to be ballas leader because, I have a lot of experienced and mature friends that will be there every step of the way to make sure things are going smooth. My underbosess will make sure everything is going good and I can promise any rule brakes will be dealt with.
4- I love being in the gang life, I’ve always been in gangs and doing gang activities. I know all the rules and I would make ballas go as smooth as possible and I would communicate with the admins as much as possible. I’m a very motivated, responsible, mature person and I think I would be the perfect fit.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I plan on doing Store Robberies, and Gun Store Robberies with a Hostage frequently I love doing stuff and making good rpand fun situations to increase the roleplay of LEOS, my gang will also attend many events such as Submarines and Turfs, and making sure the rp runs smooth and as clean as possible. I value my roleplay highly and I will value everyone else’s roleplay in the situations highly to thanks for reading.
