I came back from hospital to get my car and after that this mentaly ill guy shot me he did 3 rdm's before event as well I feel sorry for him because he is clearly doesn't know how to read the rules. He is also deputy in medusa family

As you leo you should know that ramming someone with your car is assaulting with a deadly weapon. Seems like a justified reaction
