Dear Grand RP Administration Team,
I am writing to formally request a review and a second chance regarding my account ban, which was issued approximately three years ago under General Rule 1.1 (Account Sharing).
First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the actions that led to this situation. I fully understand that account security, strict ownership rules, and logging integrity are vital to maintaining the fairness and security of the Grand RP server.
Clarification of the Incident
I would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the violation:
The Action: At the time, I made the poor decision to log into my personal Grand RP account from a close friend’s computer.
The Intent: I want to assure the administration that I have never sold, traded, or shared my account credentials with anyone. I was the only person who accessed the account during that session.
The Realization: I now completely realize that accessing my account from another active player's hardware creates a severe security conflict. It triggers automated flags and gives the clear appearance of account sharing, which undermines your logging system. I take full responsibility for this negligence.
Commitment to the Server Rules
Having been away from the community for three years, I have had a significant amount of time to reflect on the importance of server guidelines. If granted a second chance to return, I promise to:
Strictly adhere to all Grand RP server policies and General Rules.
Ensure exclusive access to my account strictly from my own personal hardware and IP address.
Accept a character/money wipe if deemed necessary by management as a condition for my unban.
