2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- First most thing that comes in my mind after listening Marabunta is its location on map. It has the best and biggest HQ. It has non-working Shooting range which tbh attracts me alot. apart from it, it does have special place to park your vehicles or stay untraceable behind the shutters of garage. Also its near to many territories and if I will be doing turf then it will be easy for me to collect profits. Additionally its not so far from arena so we will be imrpoving our skills there.
- Secondly, Marabunta is a very respected organisation and I want to improve some weak points like hiring after interviews and try to provide friendliest environment to the gang members. In conclusion i want to maintain the legacy of Marabunta
- Thirdly, I want to showcase my leadership skills because i have spent now alot time in server and in gangs too and in unoff families too. So I know very well how to hold negotiations, gather members for events and even do fun events for my members.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Firstly the roleplay is no doubtedly very flawless but there are some suggestions from my side.
• Improve the hiring system: By just taking interview before hiring makes a huge difference. During my term I will be doing this.
• Sorted Ranking System: By assigning duties to a particular rank can improve the RP as well.
• Better Management of Fund: In case if there is need of money either to buy something for gang or anything then it need to be managed well.
• Proper trainings: I will try to get some experienced guys who will train every new comer for events and to teach some basic rules.
My goals as of now:

• to be the most deadliest gang in city
• have max graffiti points
• fulfill events criteria
• try to be a kind leader not just polite
• to maintain friendly environment in gang
