I was sat at the DOC then saw/heard gunshots, went to check it out and met these people one of which was wearing an illegal vest, when I attempted to detain/arrest them, they all started shooting at the DOC with no demands or RP whatsoever.

At 00:37 Mixing
At 00:47 I asked for passport.
At 01:07 the gun fight breaks out.
