Dear Technical Administration and Curator of Project,
I am writing this appeal to respectfully ask for a final review regarding my compromised account assets. My account was severely hacked two years ago, and I lost everything I spent thousands of hours grinding for, including 40M–45M in cash, fully modified cars with pro parts, chip-tuned vehicles, and highly valuable items stored inside the trunks. Most importantly, my McLaren P1—which has a 0.1% drop chance on the server—was completely stripped from my account.
When I initially reported this incident, I was mistakenly banned. I later uploaded a forum appeal, and the administration thankfully realized I was innocent and unbanned my account. However, my asset recovery request was subsequently rejected.
I completely understand that Grand RP has a strict policy regarding account responsibility and that standard refunds are rarely given. However, I am not asking for a blind roll-back. I am respectfully requesting a Log Audit Check from the technical database for the dates surrounding my hack. The logs will clearly show an unauthorized IP login from a different location transferring my McLaren P1, my cash, and my vehicles away to a hacker's account or burner account.
As a dedicated player who loves this project and has built an empire here, losing a 0.1% chance vehicle like the P1 due to a security breach is devastating. Now that I am returning to the game on a completely fresh, fully secured PC with 2FA enabled, I kindly ask the senior management to review the logs of this theft. If the physical assets cannot be returned due to database limitations, I humbly request any form of partial assistance, compensation, or Grand Coin adjustments that the team deems fair.
