okay so to keep it simple this is in regards to forum post i made previously on gov. ( Rejected - Mass Rule Break | Gov ) all the evidence i provided shows clearly that gov abused their powers, firstly the law they charged me with 3.4.2 leading of treason , its an ic law with an ooc punishment ( you cannot mix the two hence mixing.) which in the casefile they do not have a single proof showing me leading any of the protests conducted. secondly they charged me with disclosing state secrets which in their evidence within the casefile they provided doesnt show this. it shows me giving an estimate to the gov balance , this is not a secret as anyone can say whatever they assume a balance is. further more they issued a warrent for arrest for me before even issuing a subpeona for court appearance , the saying is innocent until proven guilty not guilty because we say so, this is something that needed to go to trial first, i wasnt a wanted criminal , and if they wanted to prove i was they could have subpeona for court appearance as i was hc of lspd and never seen in any criminal activity, they did not want to bring me to court as i have a full print out of all the laws and rules within the city, i would have easily won this case. There is far beyond lack of evidence provided within the casefile. i beleive this was judged entirely biased as pablo curator of gov was reviewing it (also greenlighted the casefile) then david another curator of gov concluded it and rejected it
