When Showing my id to A citizen i Accidently rammed two other citizens that too because of the car behind me, One of them took his weapon out and armour out. To catch him and his partner i ran towards them but to evade the situation they did Fail RP which is considered CL and these guys ( 222689 , 238665 ) should be punished
